I’m currently a student in the Graduate Diploma Teaching Profession program at Saint Theresa International University (STIC) in the province of Nakhon Nayok in Thailand.

This course is helping me learn more about teaching methods and how to apply the techniques in my classroom. There are many aspects to the program.

The course description as per the university:

“In-depth learning and involvement in some of the duties of a teacher. Practising the professional ethics of teachers, Learning management, learning support, problem-solving, student development, and cooperating with parents to support the learning and development of learners to their full potential. The context of educational institutions. Trends in learning management innovation.

Learning management in practices that use innovation and contemporary technology. Guidelines for professional development of teachers. Conducting a case study to solve student problems. Taking lessons from learning experiences in schools. Bringing the results of learning in schools to exchange knowledge in the form of a professional learning community (PLC) for use in self-development to attain present knowledge and keep up with the changes.”

There are many aspects to the program.
